Woodlake Village
As the community evolved and developed so did the need for larger premises. To accommodate this, the clinic moved to its current location on Main Street Ellenbrook in 2006. Along the journey our centre has provided a variety of health care services from general medical, ultrasound imaging, naturopathy and counseling. Currently, our health services include Chiropractic, Soft Tissue Occupational Therapy, Cold Laser Therapy (Class 3B) and support services.

In 2021 the practice celebrated 20 years of service in Ellenbrook.
In 2023, the ownership of Ellenbrook Chiropractic & Wellness Centre changed to Dr Cadmiel Terebent, who continues to assist families and individuals with health needs, both now and into the future.
