Dr Taylor graduated From RMIT University School of Health Sciences with degrees in Clinical Science and Chiropractic.  Dr Taylor has also completed his Medical Degree (MD) at the University of Western Australia. 

During his undergraduate tertiary studies, Dr Taylor worked at a number of hospitals including Westmead Hospital and the Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital. 

Dr Taylor was awarded the CARPPIT University Alumni Award while at RMIT for Personal Achievement. 

Dr Taylor has founded a number of multidisciplinary health clinics in Perth over the years. Dr Taylor has also graduated from the School of Medicine at Cardiff University in Wales (United Kingdom) with a Post Graduate Diploma in Therapeutics.

With decades of clinical experience in private practice, Dr Taylor has also completed a Masters degree in the Clinical Management of Headache Disorders at the University Of Edinburgh Medical School over a period of 4 years. 

Dr Taylor became the first health professional worldwide to complete this pain & headache program and finished the degree with distinction.  Dr Taylor is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Headache Society (ANZHS). Dr Taylor is also currently working as a Medical Doctor for St John of God Health Care.

Dr Taylor is a recognised chiropractic provider for a number of health funds and a preferred provider for BUPA.
